THE ETHICAL ISSUES

We have seen in these days there have been many companies which are facing multiple issues in disciplines of management like, HR, Marketing and Finance. So to overcome these issues the company needs to analyze the problems. Following are the problems faced in different managements:- 

• FINANCE:-

       

      In finance the managers are responsible for making reports, they generally try to go for multiple strategies for investment. These managers are responsible for upholding the highest ethical standards because maximum stakeholders depend on complete financial documents to make decisions.

In maximum organizations there is a problem with financial publications of inaccurate financial condition of the organization. There are many financial fraud and accounting errors has been seen in many companies e.g in Enron and World-Com, damage the interest of the employees, shareholders and demoralized with their confidence in financial system.

• HRM:- 

       

       

       The Human Resource  Management could be said as an effective way to approach the management of people in a specific organization. As a result it helps an organization to increase their productivity due to their high efficient employees.

But there are many issues in the organization related HRM, the HR managers are responsible for screening leaves and permits the others to come ahead, but people do get affected in getting the job no matter how essential is this for. The privacy could be said as a very sensitive matter, the organizations have a policy that employees can share their issues to the HR managers freely but sometimes the managers take the advantage and use it against the employees by blackmailing. The managers plays a major role in coordinating the employees and making them reunite but sometimes managers go with their personal goals and try to neglect the proper coordination. Sometimes the managers become partial which leads to the demoralization of the employees.

• MARKETING:-

         

Marketing could be said as a process of making relationships by usually satisfying customers in a business. But now days there has been many ethical issues going within an organization with marketing.

As we all know internet has made a major change in the lifestyle of the people and made many things much more easier to have. The internet has brought a big change in marketing as now days the people generally go for the business deals online without and meetings as a result no relationship is build up during a business deal.

Nowadays there has been practice of non competitive methods like giving bait to the people, in this process the organization advertise a very effective and cheap product in advertisement as a result people get convinced and try to buy the product. After getting the product the realty appears in which the product is of poor quality and it is not even long lasting.
